The first day was very hectic, first she, the poor girl, had to watch Catty and I rehearse our Body and performance piece, then we went to the shop and bought food, then we went to watch The Taming of the Shrew, by a student group.
After the shops, this is what greeted us..:
That was proper awesome. They asked us to join, but to "keep our clothes on, because it was kinda really cold." :P That was funny.
Day 2! We walked down to town and found loads of daffodils that were broken off. Yvonne picked them up and carried them around for the whole remainder of that day! It's a freakin' miracle they survived! And now they've even opened, and look proper good.
The bud of one of the daffodils got to bathe in the blood-fountain... :P I think the yellow looks really good against the red. She was much amused by the fountain. "A bit strange but also fun. Mostly fun." she said, bless her. :D
The bud got a bath :P And this is Yvonne outside the Cross Keys with her daffodils!
Had an amazing week-end with her, and can't wait to see her again :)
Chocolate was involved. A lot of it, by the way. And Sodoku. It's been good!
Yay!
