Just thought I'd upload a few photos from Swansea and stuff. It's real perdy here, and today (well technically yesterday) we had a really lovely summery day! We watched some theatre group perform a very very weird and random play where we had to walk around on campus, and they hurried along before us so they were ready when we got where we were going. It was kinda cool. Oh, and I've finally acquired a proper internet connection, so I can finally play some games and stuff! Yay for nerdage!

This is where shit is going down. Only a shame they have a box for a building in the parking lot and where the main entrance is. If the whole uni looked like this I would have quoted Harry Potter 16 times a day at the very least. This is the backside-ish, and if you turn around you'll see....:

I've met loads of great new people in my hall, and the theatre gang is also brewing awesomeness. There is naturally the diva that doesn't like ANYTHING and always complain, but it's kinda entertaining to think how hated she will be in a week :P

... I wonder what people are like on stage and such. I really can't wait to start doing plays!
Fine, the whole "walk like a door, feel like a lion" (I just made that up... We don't do that.) procedures are educational theatre-wise, but they get a little weird sometimes.
But in general it's fun and stuff, and I really really really REALLY can't wait for SOMEONE *cough cough* to visit me here! :P I do miss the Norway-p33ps and stuff, but it'll probably be slightly better when the whole "new country-talking English all the time-new people" stress has died down.
And I can't wait until it does. I look like a fucking pizza!

Endless agony

I would like to write about something serious for a change.
This matter is really important to me, and has kept me awake many a morning.
It's the substance that drives people mad, it's the horrible thing that people flee from, it's...
HAIRSPRAY.
Yes; hairspray.

I lie sleeping, like an innocent little bee, before I think I smell something.
So I start breathing with my mouth, and turn over to the other side.
I definitely TASTE something. Eeewww!! What IS that?
I start hiding my nose under the quilt/pillow until my lungs are about to explode, so I duck up again for some air.
I regret instantly.
THE SMELL IS OVERWHELMING!
I go berserk.
I open every window in the room,
I fan with my quilt and pillow, franticly, and whatever I can get my hands on.
Naturally while I hold my breath... Wouldn't want to SMELL that crap, now would I...
Anyway, after a while, I stop. I tentatively take a whiff of the air. I really shouldn't have done that.
So I start the frantic waving again.

After a while of hysterically fanning the air around the bed, I finally fall down, completely worn out on the bed, panting like a marathon runner and then finally going to sleep.

Yes. Were on a bar crawl last night and had a really good time. Was talking to a lot of new people and was given a little umbrella by a fellow Norwegian! That was nice. 'Twas a good night.

11! That's like a quidditch match, only maybe longer! Though also maybe shorter. Who knows!
Ahhh.... I must admit I am getting cold feet.

I really wonder why Swansea is called Swansea. Are there an extreme amounts of swans there? Are there really weird pig-swans there? Are there pig-swans sailing on the pretty waves in the harbour? Is there one really really fat one?
I assume it got "sea" in it because it is by the coast... So that's all good and easy.

 I guess I will find out in 11 days time.

SCORE!!! Today a guildie won the Twilight drake and gave it to me! Crazy bastard. Well I traded him an enchant or two and will sneak him a few more just to try and pay him slightly more :P
